Chili Bread Bowl

Serving Size: 1 Cheddar Chili Bread Bowl

Spread the creamy goodness of WisPride Sharp Cheddar inside a Kaiser bread bowl, then fill it with piping hot bean chili. Dig in and savor every hearty bite!

  • 1 cup WisPride Sharp Cheddar
  • 2 15-ounce cans of chili with beans, canned (1 can = 2 1/2 cup orders)
  • 4 each Kaiser rolls/buns, large


Heat chili. Cut a circle out of the top center of each Kaiser roll. Remove and save the cutout top. Hollow out the inside you’re your fingers, leaving 1/4 - 1/2" of bread as "walls" of bowl. Bake the rolls and their tops 10 minutes at 350°F, until insides and tops are golden brown. Remove, then spread all over the inside of each bread bowl – inside, bottom, up & over the lip – with 3 tablespoons of WisPride Sharp Cheddar. Spoon about half cup of hot chili into each bowl. Serve on plates, leaning a bread top against each bowl. Enjoy!
